TERMS & CONDITIONS
Deposit payment is required for all bookings of $20. Please note that your deposit is non-refundable & non-transferable to another individual. Payment will be deducted from the total cost of your service. I accept CashApp ($Khrystynna) or Paypal (paypal.me/RawBeautyStudios)
NO CALL NO SHOW APPOINTMENTS WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL PRICE!!! NO EXPECTIONS!!!
ALL APPOINTMENTS BOOKED BEFORE OFFICE HOURS OR AFTER OFFICE HOURS ON ANY DAY ARE AN ADDITIONAL FEE OF $25. CONTACT ME DIRECTLY.
Final Payment: The final, full balance is due in cash only on the day of your scheduled appointment. All Bridal appointment balances are due 30 days before the wedding date: No Exceptions.
Rescheduling: In the event that you must reschedule your appointment, your deposit may be applied to your rescheduled service within 7 days of rescheduling your original appointment. Appointments can only be rescheduled ONCE. YOU MUST RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT AT LEAST 24 HOURS BEFORE YOUR ORIGINAL APPOINTMENT TIME. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN A LOSS OF YOUR PAYMENT AND YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELLED.
Tardy Policy: A late fee of $25 will be charged if the client is 15 minutes late for their scheduled appointment, or if scheduled appointment exceeds allotted time due to client's delay. An additional fee of $1/min will be charged for each additional minute the client is late. If client is more than 30 minutes late, the appointment may be cancelled, with respect to other booked appointments.
Cancellation Policy: Please provide at least 24 hours notice via phone or email to cancel and reschedule your appointment. If cancellation is due to makeup artist, a full refund of all monies/deposits paid will be provided to client within 14 business days. IF CLIENT CANCELS, NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN, NO EXCEPTIONS! IF CLIENT CANCELS THE APPOINTMENT THE SAME DAY, OR IF CLIENT IS A NO CALL NO SHOW, THE FULL PAYMENT WILL BE CHARGED.
Travel: An additional mileage charge is applicable for on location appointments and starting at $30. Travel accommodations outside of Louisiana will be at client's expense (travel, flight, hotel, food, parking,etc.)
Please note: Makeup Artist has the right to take before and after photos to use for promotional use on her social media pages and website.
